Our Story

In 2013, two college students opened a small restaurant in a back alley in Seoul, South Korea.
At the time, the idea of salad as a main meal was almost unheard of in Korea.
Many doubted it would last, but the founders believed that healthy food could be both fresh and satisfying.

As Korea’s interest in healthy eating grew, so did Salady—from serving just 10 customers a day to serving tens of thousands of customers daily.

What started as a small idea has helped reshape the way people eat in Korea.

Today, we’re bringing that vision to the world, offering fresh, satisfying meals inspired by Korean flavors and lifestyle.
