In 2013, two college students opened a small restaurant in a back alley of Seoul.
At the time, the idea of salad as a main meal was almost unheard of in Korea.
Many doubted it would last. But driven by a belief that food could be both fresh and satisfying, the founders pushed forward.

As Korea’s interest in healthy eating grew, so did the brand—from serving just 10 customers a day to tens of thousands of customers every day.
What started as a small idea has reshaped how people eat in Korea.
Now, we’re bringing that vision to the world: Fresh, satisfying meals inspired by Korean flavors and lifestyle.
